Established in 2023, our mission is to support students academically and socially with broad expertise and loving kindness. Our founding partners have a combined forty years of experience throughout the education world, from university and high school classrooms to private tutoring centers and curriculum development. Committed to doing things a different way, Fulcio Prep employs a case management model. Rather than sort students into prearranged classes or squeeze them into narrow timeslots, we tailor entirely customized programs and schedule sessions to fit our families' full lives. Since we know how busy our families are, we don't expect them to come to us; instead, we meet with students in their homes, online, or in third spaces. Our tutors dedicate their time to a select few families, working alongside parents to identify and address students’ individual needs. After educating and mentoring students in a variety of capacities over the years, we find that this is the most effective and rewarding approach.

We are privileged to support a wide spectrum of neurodivergent students and families. Our tutors have an unparalleled talent for meeting young people where they are with empathy, ingenuity, and good humor. We firmly believe that the most robust academic growth takes place within the context of trusting relationships, and we prioritize students’ social and emotional wellbeing as much as their academic excellence. Further, we recognize that students targeting selective schools face their own unique set of challenges; our tutors use their extensive knowledge of the academy to help students navigate them.
